Earl Grey

The tea drinker's tea.

A fine Ceylon black tea scented with bergamot oil and finished with dried cornflowers — Earl Grey as it was meant to be. Bright, floral, and malty with just enough citrus to keep things interesting. Equally at home black, with milk and sugar, or as the base of a London Fog latte.

Preparation: Steep 1 tsp in 8oz boiling water for 3–4 minutes
