A robust black tea base meets a warming blend of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and black pepper for a cup that's complex, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. Serve traditionally with warm milk and a little sugar, or drink it straight if you're feeling bold.

Preparation: Steep 1 tsp in 8oz water at 200°F for 4–5 minutes. Best with steamed milk and honey.
